(More customer reviews)I have used this video for about 6 months now.The music is up beat and fun and the moves - easy to learn.I enjoy doing it (unlike almost every other workout I have done over the years) and don't feel "dead" by the time it is over.I do feel like I have worked out, however and I have lost about 1/2 of the weight I wanted to.My only complaint is that there is no DVD version.
