Crest's product - that lies and says this is the original glide - sheds just like any cheap brand.Oh I miss strong floss that does not shred.

(More customer reviews)I have tried many types of dental floss.The thinner they are, the greater is the chance that they can cut my gums.Oral-B Satin Floss is not a thin thread.It is a wide ribbon. As a result, it is easier to handle.Because of its extra width, it works more efficiently.

The floss comes in an elegant curvy blue dispenser.I have reused these to carry vitamins when I travel.

I first tried it five years ago when my dentist gave me a sample.I have been using nothing else since then.

(More customer reviews)The type of dental floss most readily available in drugstores and supermarkets is the thin, round variety which breaks and shreds all too easily besides digging very uncomfortably into my thumb and forefinger.

Reach Dentotape by Johnson & Johnson is different. It is flat--perhaps 1/32 of an inch wide--and stronger than ordinary dental floss. It is far less prone to break or shred between your teeth--and won't dig into fingers.

The extra width does not prevent me from getting into tight places although a little extra effort is sometimes required.

Overall, this product has been very good for me. I am so glad I found it.

(More customer reviews)This is the best product I've found for flossing your teeth. It is tough enough to stand up to tight or sharp (within reason) spaces around your teeth. The extra width of the product is excellent for covering more area while you are flossing. I have read in a health magazine that flossing is more efficient if you move the floss horizontally rather than vertically. I tried this and it worked for me.
