(More customer reviews)There are three major problems with this tape that make it a huge disappointment: 1) it's very hard to tear; 2)when the tape is on the roll, the adhesive on one layer sticks to the next layer making it hard to unroll the tape; 3)when the tape comes off the skin it leaves numerous remnants of adhesive, usually in thin streaks of adhesive coming from the outside edges of the tape.This is my first and only experience with this tape.I would not recommend it and I won't buy it again.

(More customer reviews)I have used this product on myself and my clients.This product does work.BUT you must allow it to dry to the "tacky" stage, which is around 5-9 minutes.Then once this is done apply another coat and let it dry another 5 minutes or tacky... Then once that is done apply the unit properly (making sure your head and perimeter have been cleaned with alcohol.)If you follow these steps this will work.

You can also try using a "wooden stick" like those used to apply wax this works better than a brush. Good luck! Also to cut down on shine use some of your own face powder around the perimeter.

I do pull my face back TIGHT, tight, and it is expensive for what it is, but this device comes from the entertainment industry, is well thought out, and has worked magnificently for me! I only wish I could wear it every day...!

Scar Fx Silicone Scar Therapy, Size Of Patch 1" X 22", 1 Patch Review

(More customer reviews)I had surgery which left scars from hip to hip and armpit to arm pit.The lower line had several infections and busted open a few times.The upper line is broken and disjoint and includes several very rough areas that are raised and sore.

All in all, my skin is a mess!

I really like this 22" silicone strip, it stays thicker and sticks longer than anything else I've tried so far, and I have tried a lot of products.This particular size also performed WAY better than some other sizes from the same manufacturer.And at these prices, I need to have these strips last a while.And I don't want anymore tape on my skin, I was bandaged for weeks (maybe months!) and I am very glad that this strip stays in place on its own.

I put the strip across mt lower incision in the AM, and cut parts of a second strip on the parts of the upper incision where I can get a straight line, like under my arms.I use silicone creams on the areas of the upper scar that I can't cover with a straight line.The creams are expensive so I use sparingly.

In the evening I take a bath and gently peel off the strips, wash in warm soapy water, rinse, and wrap them around a plastic bottle, sticky side down.In the evening I use various scar and stratch mark creams over night.I like to use creams that are not as expensive as silicone in the evening, so I can use a lot of it and let it soak in all around the damaged areas and older surgery scars too.

The areas with the Scar FX strip during the day seem to be healing best, plus the scars are not being irritated all day since the silicone is protecting it from rubs & bumps.

All in all, this is a very good product and I would recommend it to anyone with longb straight scars to heal or fade.Good luck, as you've probably had trouble of your own if you are researching these products.

(More customer reviews)The type of dental floss most readily available in drugstores and supermarkets is the thin, round variety which breaks and shreds all too easily besides digging very uncomfortably into my thumb and forefinger.

Reach Dentotape by Johnson & Johnson is different. It is flat--perhaps 1/32 of an inch wide--and stronger than ordinary dental floss. It is far less prone to break or shred between your teeth--and won't dig into fingers.

The extra width does not prevent me from getting into tight places although a little extra effort is sometimes required.

Overall, this product has been very good for me. I am so glad I found it.
