(More customer reviews)Ok, this is funny but I have to tell it. I bought these after seeing them used on the Rachael Ray show. They clearly loved them on the show, and I have already done injections once (never again)so I couldn't pass them up. I just opened the box, started playing with one, bending and flexing, and SPLASH! I dropped it in the toilet. Needless to say, I didn't retrieve it. I found the manufacturer on the web (angellift.com) and called them. Although they did laugh at me, they replaced it without charge and in 2 days! I thought this alone is worth commenting on. I have been using these for about a month. They were a little unusual to get used to at first, but wow, I see the same improvement the girl on Racheal Ray saw. I am very pleased and would certainly recommend. Cynthia (LuLu)
