(More customer reviews)I have never heard of Kinesio Tape before, until I broke my ankle and had to have surgery to repair the damage.My Dr. had me go to physical therapy to help recover.I had a lot of pain and swelling from my surgery.My therapist said she wanted to try the tape on me and I told her that I'm open to anything at this point.It was like a miracle, after just a few hours of wearing the Kinesio Tape, the swelling had gone down and the pain had lessened.I'm still going to physical therapy and I'm still getting taped, and it has truly helped me with the pain and swelling and would recommend this tape to anyone who has a lot of pain and swelling to due injuries. I bought this tape because I'm going on vacation and I wanted to have some on hand so I could re-tape my ankle if I happen to wear the tape off.The tape will last for days, you can take a shower and it won't come off.
